Calli Louis and Nichola Johnson-Marshall are the co-founders of Working Wonder and they are on a mission to create work happiness for everyone.

They set their business up in 2019 united by their passion of empowering others to thrive and have worked with some amazing leaders and companies to create their version of work happiness.

In lockdown they hosted ‘Pay what you can’ workshops for over 500 people struggling with their confidence, furlough and job loss during the pandemic. They currently partner with minority groups such as People Like Us, electHer and Women in PR to champion greater diversity in the workplace.

Prior to Working Wonder, their careers span team and leadership roles in small creative start-ups to large global organisations including LinkedIn, eBay, Karmarama, DLKW, lastminute.com and Barclays. They have also worked within many industries including finance, FinTech, retail, FMCG, travel, automotive and entertainment.

They are proud working parents and supporters of flexible working.

Calli was voted onto the 40 over Forty list for 2022 consisting of Founders, CEOs, Creatives and CTOs within agencies and businesses, celebrating and promoting age diversity in industry.

Nichola was voted onto the 45 over 45 Women in PR 2022 list, an awards initiative to positively drive conversations about tackling ageism in the PR industry.
